Passed away with family by her side at the Wawanesa Health Centre on Tuesday May 9, 2017 at the age of 81 years, Lucille Verna "Lucy" Cory (nee Cahill), of Wawanesa MB.

Lucy leaves to mourn her passing her two sons Tim (Suzie) of Calgary AB & Terry (Linda) of Nesbitt MB, grandchildren Karen, Brian (Jenny) & Ken and by great grandchildren Lillian & Jason.
She is also survived by her brother Regis (Lyn) Cahill of Duncan B.C., sister Josie (Leonard) Lindley of Teulon MB, brothers & sisters-in-law Peter Ternowski of Carberry, Helen Elliott, Don Cory, Jim (Jean) Cory, Colin (Merl) Cory, Keith (June) Cory as well as numerous nieces, nephews & extended family.
Lucy was predeceased by her husband Hank in 2013, parents Joseph & Catherine Cahill & by sisters Germaine Proskiw, Eugenie Ternowski & Annette Korne (Gerry Jeffrey).

A Celebration of Lucy's life will be held on Tuesday May 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Wawanesa United Church with Rev. Harvey Hurren & Shirley McBurney officiating. Interment will take place in the Minnewawa Cemetery, Nesbitt MB.
Friends that so desire, memorial donations can be made in Lucy's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st St. Brandon MB R7A 2W8 or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 2430 Victoria Ave. #3, Brandon MB R7B 0M5 or to a charity of choice.
